I just wanted to take a moment and comment on the service we are receiving from Sentinel-IT. You know I was very leery to sign with a new company, in fact you had to call me for weeks in order to get my attention. I said our current IT company was OK and we weren't having a real issues, but my main complaint was that I didn't feel there was any "connection" (for lack of a better word) with the company. I'm a firm believer in handing out kudos when they're earned. Too often you only hear about how things have gone wrong, but you never hear when you do something right. Just so you know, I don't say these things lightly. I've been in some sort of customer service role most of my working life, so I have a higher expectation of how things "should" be. Vinny is worth his weight in gold! I understand that he's relatively new to Sentinel and you all made a great acquisition with him. He's worked thru all the little quirks we had as he brought us online with the new email system, virus protection and backup. Any questions I've had, no matter how basic, he's answered and hasn't made me feel like an idiot in the process. That can be a tough thing to do when you know so much more about a topic than the person asking the question. We recently had a couple of issues - one being the email problem with India, and the other was setting up SugarCRM with the outgoing server information. Both problems are now solved with very little stress on my part. Thanks so much for all that you've done for us!
