Responsiveness is our #1 priority.  Period.  If your IT needs are deemed an emergency, we come to your office to address your concerns.  For other regular service requests we respond within 1 hour (based on your Service Level Agreement).

Question:  What are your rates?

• Our rates are competitive and scalable to meet your needs.  Rather than posting dollar signs all over our website, we work with you to customize a package to meet your support needs, including various levels of support discounts. 
• Most of our clients choose a fixed cost, monthly plan. 
• We'll start with a network assessment to determine the needs of your computing environment.  If we jointly determine that your IT support needs qualify for an unlimited/fixed cost plan you will not need to worry about hourly rates. 
• Special projects rates are determined by each project

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.  We always have a network engineer on call for your business needs and special projects.
